Recipe Night! The Polar Plunge

On New Years Day, 2000 people are expected to enter the frigid waters of Lake George, but we will not be among them. We are happy to create a drink in their honor, though.

Polar Plunge
1 1/2 oz. light rum
2 oz water
dash of blue curacao
1 pkt sour mix
(or juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp superfine sugar)
8 cubes of ice crushed
